Moving Up Information 2025

Dear 8th Grade Families,

Our 8th-grade students are about to complete their middle school journey and transition to high school.  We are excited to celebrate this milestone with you and your children.

The annual 8th Grade Barbeque, sponsored by the PTA will be held in the courtyard at LMK during the school day on Friday, June 20th. The barbeque provides an opportunity for students to gather together, sign yearbooks, and share stories about the past three years.

The Moving Up Ceremony on Thursday, June 26th is a particularly special occasion that recognizes your child's accomplishments during their time at LMK Middle School. I have outlined information about the Moving Up Ceremony. Please read the important procedures and protocols carefully.
